Before and After:

“The way Michelle approaches things is so non- threatening and she doesn’t make you feel guilty, she just teaches and encourages you to do better…She truly has changed our lives for the better and I will be eternally grateful to her!”
Michelle has been a dear friend of mine for over 10 years. We had discussed weight loss several times throughout those years, both of us not being hugely overweight, but enough that we did not feel good about how we looked or felt. I had been focusing on exercising and running the last few years, but had really hit a plateau and could not push past it. You know those last 10 pounds that you just can’t seem to shed! My husband and I had Michelle over for dinner one night and she just started sharing what she had been up to, becoming a personal trainer, then adding the nutrition component to her medical background as a nurse. I want you to know that I have nagged, cajoled, coaxed and pulled out all the tricks trying to get my diabetic husband to change the way he eats. I was convinced he was slowly killing himself and I was helpless to watch. Well during dinner, Michelle shared some scientific reasons why diabetics should eat differently and somehow a miracle occurred and something clicked with my husband and he said, “Would you coach me?” I about fell out of my chair and then jumped for joy. Since that time Michelle has been coaching, encouraging, guiding and directing our efforts to eat healthy and exercise. I lost those last 10 pounds easily and in a healthy lifestyle way. My husband has lost 25 lbs and has started exercising. The way Michelle approaches things is so non- threatening and she doesn’t make you feel guilty, she just teaches and encourages you to do better. I know her personally and so I totally trust that she has our best interest at heart. She truly has changed our lives for the better and I will be eternally grateful to her!
